Mimaru Tokyo Ueno Okachimachi Hotel

This hotel was a great find! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a short walk from the train station. It was so convenient to have everything within close proximity, including convenience stores and various attractions. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, as it allowed me to easily prepare meals during my stay. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, making me feel right at home. I had a wonderful experience staying here.

Great value for money. Convenient location near Akihabara. Separate shower and bathroom are a plus. Provided crib, sheets, and towels for our infant. Comfortable and clean room, perfect for families.

We stayed at a hotel located in a prime area with easy access to attractions throughout the city. There were convenience stores nearby and Tokyo station was just a short distance away. The room was clean and perfect for our family, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel even provided a crib for our infant, which was greatly appreciated.

The staff seemed distant and not particularly welcoming during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Location was excellent, with easy access to Ueno market streets, Ueno Park, and Akibahara within a 10-minute walk. many subway lines were available within a 5-minute walk. Friendly and helpful staff. They were concerned about our cancelled flight and even gave us special local treats. The hotel was well-equipped with a kitchenette and seating area. The spacious room with bunk beds was loved by the kids. The laundry facilities on the ground floor were also a convenient addition.

The beds could have been a little softer. Some rooms, especially the family room with tatami area, lacked sufficient storage space for clothing.

We loved the convenient location, close to many stations and attractions throughout the city. It was especially great being so close to Ueno Park, where we could enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms. The hotel facilities were great, with a modern and fully equipped apartment. The staff were friendly, professional, and always were really good too assist us.

Not obvious to find.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location, super quiet place, well-equipped family room.

Can't fault anything about it.
